Creating spaces for safety and rest.
Without safe shelter, holding a job or staying healthy becomes a daily fight. We build sustainable housing designed for the Sonoran Desert — homes that stay livable through 110-degree summers without punishing utility bills.

Built for the desert, not against it
Our container tiny homes and small-footprint builds use thermal mass, shade structures, and passive cooling so the desert works with the building instead of against it.
- Integrated solar hot-water systems
- High-insulation, thermal-efficient envelopes
- Native and reclaimed building materials
Affordable to live in
A low rent means nothing if the power bill takes its place. Every home is designed so ongoing costs stay low — solar thermal, rainwater capture, and greywater reuse are standard, not upgrades.
Community-led maintenance
Residents learn to maintain their own systems through our workshops. Skills stay in the neighborhood, repairs happen faster, and ownership is real rather than symbolic.
Where we are now
The first container tiny home has its solar hot-water heater installed and pressurized. Move-in is days away, and the site plan for the next units is underway.
Will you help us create a sustainable life for someone in need?
The land is real. The workshop is real. The tiny home is almost ready. What we need now are partners willing to take the next step.
