Residents learn to maintain their own systems through our workshops. Skills stay in the neighborhood, repairs happen faster, and ownership is real rather than symbolic.
Where we are now
The first container tiny home has its solar hot-water heater installed and pressurized. Move-in is days away, and the site plan for the next units is underway.
