From harvesting mesquite beans to building a tiny home from scratch, we teach skills that last a lifetime. Our workshops are free or low-cost, held on our land, and open to the community.
Regenerative agriculture
Desert food production, soil building, composting, and native harvest — practical growing methods suited to an arid climate and a small plot of land.
Water and greywater systems
Earthworks, catchment basins, cistern plumbing, and safe greywater reuse. Participants leave able to plan and install a working system.
Desert-adapted carpentry
Framing, finishing, solar thermal installation, and small-structure construction — taught on real builds rather than practice benches.
